MCI Radio Tower

Telecommunication Tower for MCI Telecommunications from the Prudential Tower -52nd Floor in Boston, Massachusetts to the MCI Communication Center in Manhattan/New York City, New York. Installed Microwave Dishes and Towers connecting the full system between cities from the top of the Prudenital Tower to the connect point in Waltham and then onto Uxbridge, Massachusetts. The Stairway vertically up from the Rte. 128 base to the top of Hemphill Point in Waltham, Massachusetts carved 24-hr access to this critical tower location. The MCI Tower, the 24-hr access Stairway and the Main Hub Connection at the Prudential Tower-52nd floor and the top roof of the Prudential Tower Communication Array were constructed in a single operation. Lifting of components was completed with a Sikorsky Sky-Crane Helicopter lift by special operation working closely with and as authorized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
