Installation of 35,000sf office and health care facility on sloping ledge. Drill/blast 10,000cy rock, foundation grade beams, structural steel/masonry assembly. Design/build all interior systems. Semi-circular architecture with 60' overhang provides a dramatic feature with main entrance on the high side.
