Turn of the centruy US Treasury building constructed of large span reinforced concrete slabs, steel columns and limestone exterior was converted into a modern Christian Church over a 12 month renovation period. The phased construction allowed for fund raising efforts to match construction periods and the management team accomplished all its goals at a gala opening in May 2000. As General Contractor, we installed a 20,000 sf state of the art Health Club on two floors for the Worcester Medical Center. We successfully completed all the unique applications required to construct a health club in a building designed for offices, including an open structural steel stairs between floors to allow for the club atmosphere between the exercise areas and the locker rooms. In the exercise areas it was necessary to remove the suspended ceil exposing the utilities housed above, great care was given to maintain a natural look.

Construction in 2004 of a 100 acre Veterans Memorial Cemetary for 3,500 crypts for Massachusetts DCAM and the Federal Veterans Administration on land donated by a local World War IIVeteran for that purpose in 1980.
Ground was frozen 36" due to an unusual cold in the fall of 2003 and operations included a ground thaw using glycol piping, pads and high pressure conduits. The intense heat generated in the piping is similar to conventional heating by the sun and achieved a 36" ground-cover thaw in 96 hours.
