10,000sf complete renovation from an industrial factory to a private collection museum. The interior space houses "one of a kind" collection items from World War II, Third Reich, tanks, artillery pieces, period vehicles for display and several other private collections. The construction of a 30x30 concrete vault highlights the hi-end security systems for library and book storage. Working areas for restoration, gun collection work, and shipping/receiving. Exterior finish for modern appeal and new HVAC, fire suppression, and all utility parking lot work.
