Moseley House

300 year old magnificent church required ADA accesses and complete construction of an elegant functions and Church room. Renovation included new HVAC, electric, plumbing for new bathrooms, new function halls with custom matched oak panels and wood beam/purlin ceiling assembly. Sound deadening acoustic panels were inlaid into the ceiling assembly and custom plaster work. A new minstrel/music balcony overlook was also constructed. The church belfry provides the bells of the 1812 Overture for the July 4th celebration on the Esplanade, and the new $1 million Moseley Hall is considered by many the finest dining hall in the City of Boston.
