Property Management of all the property owned and developed is managed by a select group of in-house real estate professionals who are responsible for rent collection, maintenance operations, both seasonal and scheduled operations, leasing, website based property information, cash management, accounting and daily/weekly work items, which allow for a level of excellence and cleanliness on all the properties.

company specializing in new and renovation projects of all sizes. Avary R.T.G., Inc. has completed over 350 projects in 30 years of operation and is dedicated to on-time performance and under-budget results. Since the early 1980s, the firm has steadily increased construction volume and completed over $130 million in total projects.
Avary R.T.G., Inc., has built projects in all of the New England states, from Martha's Vineyard to the Sugarbush Ski Resort in Northern Vermont and completed two major projects in Manchester, New Hampshire consisting of an 18-story mid-rise residential building with a 5- level, 571 car parking structure, and Phase 1 construction of $70 million, 391-unit apartment and condominium project. Most recently Avary R.T.G., Inc. completed construction management duties as the Carpentry/General Trade program manager at the $450 million Worcester Medical Center for Tenet/St. Vincent's Hospital, and the $10 million Frost Farms Condominium development. Current development work is exclusively residential apartments.
